The sovereigntist turn: sovereignty as a contested concept again
Analysis of the concept of sovereignty promoted by modern sovereignists. Consideration of the concepts of trumpism and putinism. The author also demonstrates that trumpism and putinism are two cases of a sovereignist turn in different political contexts.
