Mediating role of transformational leadership on the relationship between burnout and intention to quit among the employees of select hotels in South India

Relationship between burnout levels and the intention to quit, between transformational leadership and the intention to quit. The study found that increasing job burnout correlates with the increase in the quit intentions in South India's hotel industry.
