Waste Recycling in the Early Soviet Union Period: the Success Story of Ukrutilzbir JSC
This paper aims to demonstrate the introduction of wide-ranging recycling programs in the USSR in the 1920s. We argue that this period can serve as an entry point for historians to uncover actors, structures, and channels of the waste activities.
