The models of work-life balance in Norway at the end of the XX th century – the beginning of the XXI st century in the context of gender equality
The aim of the author's research is to describe, analyze and compare different models of work-life balance that were introduced in Norway to eliminate gender asymmetry in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries. Three main balance models.
