Consideration the result of modification of 2-iminocoumarin-3-carboxamides with 2-amino-4,5,6,7-terahydrothieno[2,3-c]pyridin-3-carboxamides the novel 2-(coumarin-3-yl)-3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydropyrido[4',3':4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one derivatives.
