Inconsistency of the category "right to death" from the position of medical ethics
The article is devoted to the study of the ethical and legal category "right to die". The concept of euthanasia is revealed. Ukrainian legislation, as well as international legal acts and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights are analyzed.
