Modern method for the assessment of the structural changes in the major salivary glands
The parotid salivary glands of the patients with the Sjogren's syndrome were studied using the magnetic resonance sialography, which is based on the contrast enhancement of the ductal system. It was performed the biopsy of the minor salivary glands.
