Encountering the wilderness and urban landscape in travel brochures from the early 20th and 21st centuries
This article examines the changes and continuities in the imagery of North Karelia in Finnish travel brochures from the early 20th and 21st centuries. The focus of my interest is particularly on the role of the photographs Karelia in the brochures.
