Semiclassical approach to the low-lying collective excitations in nuclei

For low-lying collective excitations was calculated inertia in the semiclassical Gutzwiller approach to one-body Green's function. Excitation energy, reducing the probability-weighted sum rules are consistent with the features of the experimental data.
